Nature of the service
Mobigo is a matchmaking platform that allows users to browse, publish and respond to listings for the purchase, sale and rental of vehicles (cars, motorbikes, motorhomes, caravans, e-bikes, etc.). Mobigo is not a party to the contracts concluded between advertisers and users, does not hold the vehicles offered and does not take part in transactions.
Listing content
Listings are written under the sole responsibility of their authors. Mobigo endeavours to check listings before publication but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of the vehicles, prices and information displayed. It is up to the buyer or renter to check the condition, origin, documents and insurance of the vehicle before entering into any contract. Any unlawful or misleading listing, or one that infringes third-party rights, may be removed without notice; you can report it to us at info@mobigo.ch.
Peer-to-peer rental
When a vehicle is offered by a private individual, the rental contract is concluded directly between the owner and the renter. Mobigo connects the parties and provides an online booking and payment service: it is not a party to the rental contract and does not hand over the vehicle. The rental price is paid online through the payment provider Stripe, which pays the owner the amount paid after deduction of Mobigo’s service commission (8 % of the rental price, deducted from the owner’s share; the renter pays the displayed price). Any deposit is not collected by Mobigo: it is settled directly between the owner and the renter. The owner is responsible for ensuring that their insurance (third-party liability, comprehensive) covers rental to third parties; the renter must hold a valid driving licence for the category concerned. The terms (price, deposit, included kilometres, inspection report) are to be agreed in writing between the parties.
Carpooling
Carpooling offered on Mobigo is a non-profit sharing of travel costs between private individuals: the contribution requested must not exceed the actual cost of the trip (fuel, tolls, wear). Any commercial or for-profit transport of persons is subject to the authorisations required by Swiss law and has no place on Mobigo. Mobigo is not a carrier, is not a party to the arrangement between driver and passengers and accepts no responsibility for the course of the trip.
Leasing and insurance partners
Mobigo refers its users to partners for leasing (sos-financement.ch) and insurance (sos-assurances.ch). Indicative figures shown on the site (for example the leasing simulator) are not binding; the final offer is drawn up by the partner concerned, who alone is responsible for it. Mobigo is not a party to leasing or insurance contracts.
Intellectual property
The texts, logos, graphics, design elements and code of the site are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, representation or reuse, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Onebiz Solutions Sàrl is prohibited. The photographs and texts of listings remain the property of their authors, who grant Mobigo the right to display them as part of the service.

Mobigo makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and availability of the site but cannot guarantee them. To the extent permitted by law, Onebiz Solutions Sàrl accepts no liability for direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the site or from temporary unavailability. The site may contain links to third-party sites whose content Onebiz Solutions Sàrl does not control and for which it accepts no liability.
