1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the mobigo.ch platform, operated by Onebiz Solutions Sàrl, Chemin des Terrasses 5, Territet, Montreux, Case postale, 1815 Clarens (UID CHE-270-068-211). They apply to every user who creates an account, posts a listing, offers a trip or makes a booking.
2. Account
Creating an account is free and reserved for adults. You guarantee the accuracy of the information provided and the confidentiality of your password. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Mobigo may suspend or delete an account in case of abuse, fraud or breach of these terms.
3. Listings
You may only publish vehicles that you own or are authorised to sell or rent, with accurate information and real photos. Mobigo reviews listings before publication and may remove them at any time. Posting listings is free.
4. Rental: booking and payment
The renter sends a booking request; the owner accepts or declines it. If accepted, the renter has 48 hours to pay online via Stripe; otherwise the request expires and the dates are released. Payment confirms the booking, after which the parties’ contact details are exchanged.
Commission: Mobigo charges a service commission of 8 % of the rental price, deducted from the amount paid to the owner. The renter pays the displayed price. No commission is charged on vehicle sales or on carpooling.
Deposit, handover and inspection report are settled directly between owner and renter. The owner must have insurance covering rental to third parties; the renter must hold a valid licence.
Cancellation and refunds: cancellation terms are agreed between owner and renter. Any refund request after payment must be sent to info@mobigo.ch, which forwards it to the owner; Mobigo may issue the refund via Stripe with the owner’s agreement or if the booking is not honoured by the owner.
5. Carpooling
Carpooling is a non-profit sharing of costs: the contribution requested does not exceed the actual cost of the trip and is paid directly to the driver. Mobigo charges no commission on carpooling and is not a party to the arrangement between driver and passengers.
6. Vehicle sales
Sales are concluded directly between seller and buyer, outside the platform. Mobigo is not involved in the negotiation, the payment or the transfer of the vehicle.
7. Leasing and insurance
Requests for leasing or insurance offers are passed, with your consent, to our partners (sos-financement.ch and sos-assurances.ch). Offers are binding only once confirmed in writing by the partner; Mobigo is not a party to these contracts.
8. Liability
Mobigo is a matchmaking platform. To the extent permitted by law, Onebiz Solutions Sàrl is not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the condition of vehicles, the conduct of rentals and trips, or damage between users. See also the legal notice.

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
10. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction
Mobigo may amend these terms; the online version prevails. Swiss law applies. Subject to mandatory provisions (in particular for consumers), the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Onebiz Solutions Sàrl.
